【Stock】
Dried abalone can only be manufactured during certain periods of the year and we may not always have stock.
The stock information on the web site is updated regularly and most products are in stock,
but occasionally a product may be out of stock, in which case we will contact you and cancel your order.

【Delivery time】
If there is stock, we will ship out your order within 5 business days after receiving it
(or after payment when payment is necessary).
If the product is out of stock or in the case of a back order,
we will contact you regarding the delivery date as soon as possible.

【Delivery methods】
Domestic shipments: Sagawa Express or Japan Post.
Overseas shipments: EMS.

【Shipping costs】
Domestic shipments: 864 yen (flat rate, tax included)
※If the total cost of the products is 20,000 yen or more (tax excluded),
　shipping will be free.
　Overseas shipments: We will provide an estimate for each individual case.

【Consumption tax】
If the price displayed excludes taxes, a consumption tax will be added separately.
※Overseas shipments:
　Consumption tax is not necessary for overseas shipments,
　but please note that we will charge a handling fee of a similar amount to the domestic consumption tax.
　Furthermore,
　you may be required to pay customs duties when importing depending on the destination country.

-Bank transfers in advance：
　There will be a discount as follows depending on the total purchase amount (tax excluded).

　. 50,000 yen or more: 1,250 yen
　.100,000 yen or more:2,500 yen
　.300,000 yen or more:7,500 yen
　We will send an order reception e-mail in our company's format
　after the automatic e-mail sent when you order
　which will include the discounted price, so please pay that amount.
　If payment cannot be confirmed within 7 days after ordering,
　the order will be automatically cancelled.
　Furthermore, customers are responsible for bank transfer fees.
-Credit Card：It can't be used in the following cases.
　.Special order item(w/o stock).
　.Credit card issued overseas.
